Deze deluxe editie van 'Appetite for Destruction' bestaat uit 2 CD's met de hoogtepunten van de fanbox en de superdeluxe editie: het bevat het album (opnieuw geremasterd van de oorspronkelijke tapes), een selectie B-kanten en EP-tracks, 7 nooit eerder uitgebrachte opnames afkomstig van de Sound City Session van 1986, 'Move to the City' (akoestische versie uit 1988) afkomstig van de GN'R Lies Session en 'Shadow of Your Love' afkomstig van de eerste opnamesessie met albumproducer Mike Clink, die plaatsvond in november 1986.
